Biggeorge's-NV Property Investment Found Management Closed Incorporated Company, a member of Biggeorge's-NV corporation had been founded in 2005 for an indeterminate period until the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority authorized continuing investment found management activities. Initial Capital of the corporation is 100 million HUF. 98% of the company is owned by Biggeorge's-NV and 2% by Hungarian private persons.

According to the strategic plans of the Fund Management, it is willing to create and manage solely property sales and property development investment funds.
