Our service is based on the simple principle of connecting the offers of several hundred real estate brokers and developers with hundreds of thousands of potential buyers.

We are providing all this through a portal offering the largest number of useful services and the most user-friendly solutions where our visitors and advertisers are maximally satisfied.

Why did we create the portal?

We have created Ingatlan.net to enforce the presence of property brokers on the market and help them introduce their offers to the wide masses of purchasers. At the moment only 1/3rd of the properties are sold with the help of professional real estate brokers. This ration is 90% in the USA and Great Britain, 70% in Switzerland and it is over 60% everywhere around Europe. This is because there is no property portal on the market that would be able to introduce the market as a whole at the moment and most of the real estate brokers only co-operate with other agencies on an occasional basis.

We are conducting advanced negotiations with the real estate broker networks operating in Hungary (Duna House, Otthon Centrum, Palace, City Cartel, 1ABC Ingatlan). With this we would like to achieve for this portal not to be just one amongst the many property portals but to be the portal of real estate brokers where 100 000 quality properties await the property buyers within a few months.
