Otthon Centrum Project Consulting (OCPC) is the company of Otthon Centrum that manages assessment, consulting and exclusively assigned sales from choosing the grounds to selling the last apartment for property developers' projects larger than 50 apartments. Assignments of OCPC immediately appear in out network and dedicated sales teams are also set up for each individual project, thus co-operating with the property development company.
OCPC's continuous presence in the property development life ensures that the developers immediately receive information even of the slightest change in the market As part of our consultancy service we can react on every change with ideas and recommendations, thus reducing the investment risk.
